Responsibilities:** • Leadership of the Data Science domain and the DS, ML Engineering, MLOps, and Analyst team • Development of credit scoring, Collection, and Fraud Prevention • Management of the full ML product lifecycle — from hypothesis to Production and monitoring • Development of solutions for automating underwriting and credit portfolio management • Interaction with business, IT, and top management • Quality control of models and their business impact

We are looking for you if: • 5+ years of experience in Data Science / AI / ML • 2+ years in a leadership position • Experience in developing and implementing ML models • Knowledge of MLOps and tools like JupyterHub, Airflow, GitLab, MLflow, Hadoop, DVC, vLLM, or similar • Strong leadership and communication skills, strategic thinking • Experience with GenAI / LLM, AI agents, or Computer Vision in the banking sector is an advantage
