Job Description: A popular chain of European supermarkets is looking for a Head of Delicatessen Department. The counters are stocked with cheeses, cold cuts, cottage cheese, sour cream by weight, smoked products, pickles, and other gastronomy. We need someone who has already worked in grocery retail and understands how a delicatessen department should function. Your responsibilities will include managing the department – controlling assortment, quality, and expiration dates, planning orders, monitoring inventory, and minimizing write-offs. Also, working with employees: organizing shifts, assigning duties, training new staff. This position is suitable for an experienced person who can lead a team, monitor processes, and ensure the stable, high-quality operation of the entire department.

🕐Schedule: ☀️First shift: from 7-8 AM to 3-4 PM 🌑Second shift: from 3-4 PM to 9-10 PM
