😊 We are looking for a strong analyst to join a new large-scale IT project team. You will need to understand complex processes, find logic within extensive requirements, and transform it into clear solutions for users and the development team.

➡️ Work directly with the client and stakeholders: identify needs, clarify expectations, and agree on requirements.
➡️ Analyze AS-IS business processes and design TO-BE processes, describe user scenarios and business rules.
➡️ Translate methodological requirements into system logic.
➡️ Prepare technical specifications, functional and non-functional requirements, and task descriptions for development.
➡️ Elaborate integrations, interfaces, data structures, and exchange scenarios.
➡️ Identify contradictions and dependencies, assess the impact of changes, and propose solutions.
➡️ Support development and testing, participate in acceptance of results.
➡️ Maintain project documentation in an up-to-date and understandable form for the team.
➡️ Experience in system and business analysis on information system development projects.
➡️ Experience with requirements throughout the entire cycle – from collection to implementation.
➡️ Ability to work with uncertainty, structure information, and justify decisions.
➡️ Proficiency in BPMN and UML.
➡️ SQL skills and experience in describing data models.
➡️ Experience in describing integrations and APIs, working with Postman.
➡️ Understanding of software development and testing processes.
➡️ Proficiency in Confluence, Jira, YouTrack, Miro, Draw.io, or similar tools.
➡️ Permanent employment, registered according to the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
➡️ Schedule 5/2, from 09:00 to 18:00, lunch from 13:00 to 14:00;
➡️ Work in Astana: part of the time – in the office with the team, part – at the client's site on the left bank.
➡️ It is important to be ready to work at both locations depending on the tasks.
