Middle Backend Developer PHP + Laravel

OUR FIRST VACANCY DIRECTLY FROM A PARTNER COMPANY

We’re looking for a Middle Backend Developer PHP + Laravel

A few days ago, I shared that Good Workers is expanding. We’re no longer working only with professionals looking for their next opportunity. We’ve started working directly with companies that are hiring. The first contract is signed. Here is the first vacancy.

The essentials:

• Fully remote - you can work from any country
• 3–5 years of commercial backend experience
• Strong recent experience with PHP + Laravel
• PostgreSQL and Doctrine ORM
• Russian - fluent/native, as it’s the team’s working language
• English B1+ for technical documentation

The team is especially interested in developers with real product experience: shipping features to production, debugging production issues, working with legacy code, migrations, and reducing technical debt. You’ll also work on AI features: agents, automation scenarios, knowledge bases, and LLM integrations.

Experience with Go, Symfony, RAG, AI APIs, Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or agent-based development workflows will be a strong plus. The role is fully remote.

Interested? Comment BACKEND below, and I’ll send you the full vacancy description and application link. This is only the first vacancy coming directly from one of our partner companies. More to come 👀
