**Position: **AI Automation Specialist

What you will do:
- Develop and implement AI solutions for analyzing campaigns and creatives
- Build hypothesis generation systems for media buying
- Automate the launch and management of advertising campaigns (including Facebook Ads)
- Develop RAG solutions based on internal data
- Gather requirements from teams and transform them into AI tools
- Build agentic workflows and multi-step logic
- Integrate solutions into interfaces (Telegram bots, internal services)
- Work with data from BI, trackers, and internal systems
- Evaluate the effectiveness and iterate on solutions
- Train the team on using AI tools
Our expectations:
- Experience in implementing AI solutions into business with measurable results
- Understanding of media buying and advertising processes
- Confident work with LLMs and generative AI (prompt engineering, agents)
- Experience in building RAG systems
- Understanding of transforming business tasks into AI solutions
- Experience with API integrations and no-code / low-code
- Basic Python for applied tasks
- Ability to work with data and evaluate results
- Focus on business impact
Will be a plus:
- Experience in generating creatives and creative workflows
- Work with vector DB and retrieval infrastructure
- Experience with ClickHouse, Tableau, trackers, and BI
