🕵️‍♀️ What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of backend development in Python
• Located in Warsaw
• Excellent knowledge of Python 3 with a focus on asynchronous programming and performance
• Experience with FastAPI and building scalable APIs
• Confident knowledge of PostgreSQL: schema design, indexes, query optimization (EXPLAIN)
• Experience with task queues: Celery (Redis / RabbitMQ)
• Migration management via Alembic / Yoyo
• Understanding of infrastructure and deployment processes: Docker, CI/CD, AWS (ECS / EC2), networking basics
• Experience in setting up monitoring, logging, and effective debugging in production

🎯 What you will be doing:

• Development and enhancement of backend services: architecture design, API implementation, and support
• Improving performance and stability: bottleneck analysis, code and query optimization, ensuring reliable service operation
• Working with queues and asynchronous processes: design and support of Celery-based solutions
• Participation in infrastructure development: deployment, configuration, and maintenance of services in production
