Junior Go developer for the Vivino team to work on backend services and APIs for the largest online wine marketplace.
Tasks:
- Design and implementation of backend services and APIs in Go to support key product functions.
- Participation in cross-functional product teams, close interaction with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
- Maintaining platform health: ensuring the stability, scalability, and reliability of backend services.
- Proactive and transparent communication, informing the team at all stages of work.
- Participation in setting team goals and planning, contributing to continuous process improvement.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in API design and implementation (preferably in Go or similar technologies).
- Willingness and ability to learn Go.
- 1+ year of experience in writing SQL queries.
- Creative thinking, ability to offer new ideas.
