🔍 Applied AI Engineer — will be training a model to work with scanned forms, 400-page documents, and other formats not designed for this. They will also build evaluations and monitoring, configure agents, and generally be responsible for the entire AI part, and alsoёё — participate in calls with clients, read boring certification documents, and manually review hundreds of outputs to understand why the model made a mistake.
🎨 Frontend Design Engineer — will independently develop a workspace for experts who need to read and cross-reference those very 400-page documents from the point above every day. You will have to fit complex workflows and hundreds of fields into one beautiful and understandable interface so that tough guys, accustomed to Word documents and spreadsheets, and not your AI, will want to use it. And yes, continuous communication with clients too!
✍️ Fullstack — these poor guys will assemble the product as a whole and be responsible for everything. Here you can dive deeper into the product, or you can explore client workflows and gain such deep understanding as if you've been in certification for a hundred trillion billion years.
They assist with visas, relocate to London, and pay $125k–225k + equity.
