Frontend Engineer (A/B Platform)

Description
We are a product-driven, autonomous team building a geo-distributed, full-cycle experimentation platform. Our platform powers the launch, monitoring, and analysis of various types of A/B tests as well as feature rollouts across all inDrive verticals. It comprises a real-time processing layer, an analytics engine, and an admin panel that serves as a single control plane for managing every stage of an experiment - from setup through monitoring to results analysis. The platform is actively evolving, with new capabilities being shipped regularly.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement user-facing features, transforming UI/UX wireframes into functional, high-quality code
- Write clean, maintainable code, ensuring it is well-documented and covered by comprehensive unit tests
- Work closely with designers and backend engineers to ensure seamless application performance and user experience
- Engage in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to uphold coding standards
- Diagnose and resolve issues in development, testing, and production environments to maintain application stability
- Assist in designing application architecture and technology selection, keeping up with industry trends to enhance the frontend infrastructure
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 3+ years in commercial native app development with a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Expertise in JavaScript, React, and experience with technologies such as Typescript, NodeJS, RTK Query
- Familiarity with automating assembly and testing processes
- Experience working with internal development teams, with the ability to coordinate and provide technical guidance
- Proactive and responsible, capable of independently filling knowledge gaps and learning new technologies
- Experience with Github and Docker for continuous integration and deployment
