A rapidly growing European women's clothing brand, in an active scaling phase, is looking for an experienced Sales & Operations Manager to drive revenue growth and manage operational processes.
Key Responsibilities📌
- Leading and managing the sales team (online and offline): setting tasks, monitoring execution and deadlines
- Developing and optimizing sales channels with a focus on revenue growth
- Close collaboration with the marketing team (synchronization of the website and online store)
- Ensuring efficient and timely order fulfillment (speed, accuracy, SLA compliance)
- Improving customer experience and managing returns processes
- Controlling inventory management and warehouse operations, participating in the formation of the product assortment matrix
Requirements📌
- Proven experience in managing sales and operational processes (e-commerce and retail)
- Understanding the impact of operational decisions on revenue
- Team management experience
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
- Strong negotiation skills with partners, contractors, and internal teams
- Confidence in representing and defending the brand's interests
- Knowledge of English will be an advantage
