Product Lead, Employer AI, Major Tech Company Location: Europe / CIS / Remote

Responsibilities:

• Own Employer AI end to end as a separate business line: product, go-to-market, revenue and unit economics; • Define the Employer AI strategy and decide which parts of the recruiter's work the product should perform autonomously; • Build a unified product experience across search, matching, application handling, qualification and communication; • Set up the AI quality system: evaluation criteria, testing, error analysis and launch thresholds; • Work with the commercial team on monetization, pricing, go-to-market and rollouts for large clients; • Manage the shared backlog and priorities across product, design, engineering, data science, AI and commercial teams.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Head of Product, Product Director or Product Lead for B2B products, with end-to-end responsibility for results; • Experience building go-to-market and monetization for a new product, including pricing and willingness-to-pay validation; • Experience working with large clients and turning first implementations into a scalable product; • Understanding of how to measure AI quality and manage errors, reliability, speed and cost; • Ability to align several teams around one goal and to work where the product category and business model are still being defined; • Readiness to be accountable for a part of the business: revenue, economics and customer demand.
