ElmoSoft is looking for a Lead QA Automation 🚀

We are building a high-load fintech platform for an internationally acclaimed multi-asset broker. The product delivers cutting-edge trading tools, platforms, and conditions to traders worldwide. The architecture is complex, using microservices, high-load databases, and modern observability standards, with high requirements for performance, scalability, and code quality.

What you will do: • Design, implement, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks and strategies for web, API, and mobile applications. • Integrate automated testing and robust quality gates seamlessly into CI/CD pipelines. • Establish design principles and frameworks for performance, load, security, and scalability testing. • Define and enforce organization-wide testing standards, metrics, and best practices aligned with security and industry compliance. • Coach and mentor intermediate and junior Quality Engineers/SDETs on advanced automation techniques, design patterns, and testability. • Track KPIs and test analytics to measure testing effectiveness, coverage, and areas for process optimization.

Key requirements: • Deep proficiency with modern test automation tools and frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, RestAssured, Appium). • Strong working knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) and cloud-based testing infrastructure. • Solid programming/scripting background in Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C#. • Solid understanding of AI principles, along with AI guards and MCP. • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional communication abilities. • Professional testing certifications such as ISTQB Advanced/Expert Level would be considered an advantage.
