Fintech / LANIT / Remote Salary: 300 thousand rubles. Company: LANIT, a leading Russian integrator, is looking for reinforcements for the team of a market leader in retail collective investments in commercial real estate (ZPIF).

About the project: Creation and development of an international-level fintech product for automating work with unit investment funds (commercial real estate: shopping malls, offices, warehouses, logistics). We are working on high-load services and internal intranet solutions.

Technology Stack: 🔹 Backend: C#, .NET Core / 5/6/8, ASP.NET Core, WebAPI, EF Core, RabbitMQ, MQ, T-SQL (MS SQL / Postgres), RESTfull, Swagger, XUnit. 🔹 Frontend: React (components, hooks, props, optimization), API interaction. 🔹 Infrastructure: Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Jira, Confluence, Agile.

Responsibilities: ✅ Implementation of integration solutions and services (C#), transition to event-driven architecture. ✅ Development and support of intranet web solutions (React) for automating internal departments. ✅ Participation in architectural design and technology selection. ✅ Working with high-load databases. ✅ Code review of frontend solutions.

Who we are looking for (Senior+): 🔥 Commercial development experience of 5+ years (net working time, excluding training). 🔥 C# (NET Core / NET5/6/8), ASP.NET Core, EF Core, Rabbit. 🔥 React (confident level, ability to build interfaces and optimize). 🔥 Experience in developing WebAPI and working with message queues (MQ/Rabbit). 🔥 Experience with high-load services (be sure to specify RPS figures in your application). 🔥 Work with Git, Jira, Confluence, understanding of Agile.

Will be a big plus: 🔸 T-SQL, deep knowledge of MS SQL / Postgres (tasks are closely related to databases). 🔸 Experience with Docker / Kubernetes. 🔸 Knowledge of the financial/banking sector.

Conditions: 📍 Format: Remote (within Russia). 📍 Project duration: from 1 year. 📍 Citizenship: Russian Federation. 📍 Currently, task distribution is 50/50 (backend/frontend), with a future shift towards 70/30.
