Responsibilities
- consult clients on all Sber's products and services, including mortgages
- sell banking products and services
- educate clients on how to use Sber's services and products
- perform cash transactions: receiving, issuing, exchanging money
Requirements
- have secondary or higher education
- are friendly and ready to help clients
- actively use gadgets and MS Office programs
- are ready to use artificial intelligence in daily work (company-funded training — has its own courses).
