G5 Games is a Swedish developer and publisher of mobile games played by over 250 million people worldwide. We create major projects such as Sherlock, Hidden City®, Jewels of Rome®, and continuously improve their technical aspects.
We are currently looking for an experienced Freelance Motion Designer to create bright and engaging video creatives for the promotion of our mobile games.
Responsibilities:
- Create scripts, direct, and produce videos (promo trailers for our games, cinematics, animatics, etc.).
- Prepare materials based on game assets and integrate them into videos.
- Perform sound editing.
- Work in a team.
Requirements:
- Over 2 years of experience as a video designer in the gaming or related industries.
- A portfolio and willingness to complete a test assignment.
- Professional proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop.
- Basic 3D generalist skills in 3dsMax: modeling, texturing, rigging, animation, shading, lighting, rendering.
- Sense of composition, rhythm, style, color.
- Written English proficiency for communication with colleagues.
- Ability to understand spoken language for working on the soundtrack.
- Ability to work in a team and accept criticism.
- Desire for a creative approach to tasks and initiative.
- Commitment to development and maintaining a high level of quality.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
Will be a plus:
- Ability to animate in 3D, 2D.
- Experience with VFX.
- Skills in using audio editors.
- Experience with Premiere Pro.
- Art education.
