Senior Backend Engineer (Agentic AI Systems) Company: A global AdTech marketplace and market leader. Their systems process over 1 trillion requests per day in real-time, operating on terabytes of data.

Location: Remote (excluding Russia; Belarus is possible only with an individual entrepreneur status in Georgia or Europe).

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop microservice architecture and integration adapters for managing autonomous AI agents.
• Optimize distributed backend services in Java (Spring Boot), Go, or C# for high loads (Highload) and strict SLAs.
• Participate in R&D projects on orchestrating modern Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, N8N, MCP).
• Work with AI automation tools and use TypeScript or Python for configuring and connecting AI components.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial development experience with a focus on backend stack (Java / Spring Boot, Go, or C#).
• Knowledge or willingness to quickly learn TypeScript/JavaScript or Python (AI frameworks are orchestrated using them).
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and principles of working with high loads.
• Conversational English from B2/C1 level for daily calls with an international team (USA, India).
• Willingness for a short-term contract (6 months).

Conditions:

• International B2B contract for 6 months (extension may be possible, but no exact guarantee).
• Salary range: up to $5000/month
