📞 What does the job involve?

You will work on the GENERAL LINE — receive incoming customer inquiries and help them choose the right products.

The client already contacts the company, and your task is to identify their needs, consult them, present a suitable product, answer questions, and finalize the sale.

You will work with health and beauty products and process orders through the CRM system.
