AI Architect

This time, my search isn't just for a technical specialist, but for someone who will be interested in building a bank's AI architecture practically from scratch.

Looking for an AI Architect at Solva Group | Almaty

We are moving towards AI Banking and creating a unified AI platform that will become the foundation for intelligent financial products. Here, the task is not limited to integrating ready-made models. We need someone who can make architectural decisions and is responsible for their performance in production.

What you will work on: • Architecture of the bank's unified AI platform. • LLM, RAG, and AI Agents for financial products. • MLOps/LLMOps, API, event-driven architecture. • Scaling, latency, AI Security, and inference cost optimization. • Integration of AI into lending, scoring, anti-fraud, and banking processes.

Who I am looking for: • 5+ years of practical experience in ML/AI. • 2+ years in architecture or a Tech Lead role. • Real-world experience implementing ML/LLM in production under load. • Experience in the banking or fintech sector. • Experience with on-premise LLM, GPU infrastructure will be a plus.
