The project involves a proxy network and distributed services around it: traffic routing, connection handling, and high-volume analytics. We are strengthening the team with an engineer who will develop this part of the system: Go services that handle load and don't crash when something goes wrong.
Stack: Go, gRPC, ClickHouse, Redis, MongoDB, Kafka, Docker/K8s, Prometheus/Grafana.
We need a competent middle-level engineer who can take a task and see it through to production entirely — including metrics and alerts. 3+ years of commercial development in Go, distributed systems under real load, a solid understanding of networks: TCP, TLS, traffic routing. And the ability to debug production issues — not just "reproduced locally", but finding the cause using metrics and traces.
