MARTA emerged as a natural extension of a passion for architecture, photography, and directing, in the format of an organically growing boutique studio. We create interactive projects for architecture and development.
We are currently looking for a UI/UX Designer — a person who can transform complex interfaces and scenarios into a clear, aesthetic, and well-thought-out user experience.
What you will do
— Design interfaces for interactive architectural projects — Conceptualize UX scenarios and user flows — Create UI concepts, wireframes, and final interfaces — Work with composition, typography, rhythm, and visual systems — Prepare layouts and assets for integration into Unreal Engine — Collaborate with the Unreal team, programmers, and project managers — Ensure consistency of interfaces within projects — Test and improve solutions throughout development — Contribute to improving internal processes and the design system
It's important that you
— are proficient in Figma; — understand the difference between a "beautiful screen" and a user-friendly experience; — can build a clear interface structure; — have a good sense of composition, typography, and visual balance; — can justify your decisions; — are comfortable with feedback and can work in a team; — are attentive to detail and organized with files; — can independently identify weaknesses and propose improvements.
It will be a big plus if you have experience with Unreal Engine, motion design, interactive projects, the architectural field, or game interfaces.
Conditions
— Fully remote work (you can work from any country if the Moscow schedule is convenient) — We will provide all necessary resources for work — 5/2, from 10 AM to 7 PM MSK — Full-time — Fixed salary + paid overtime — 3-month probation period — Comprehensive onboarding and support from the team lead — 28 working days of vacation
