We are Educateme, a language school in Luxembourg with Russian-speaking founders. We sell corporate training to companies.
Lead generation is largely automated: a database of companies and contacts, CRM, etc. We need a team member who will take a contact and turn it into a meeting. Our team conducts the meetings with the client on-site.
What's important: understanding how a B2B deal is structured and having experience in B2B sales – ideally in edtech. English is working level, French – confident conversational; we will check both with a short test. Working hours are 9:00–17:00 Luxembourg time.
If you actively use AI in your work, that's a plus.
Payment: €1000 fixed + a percentage of the paid contracts of your clients. Employment is via a contract through Deel (unfortunately, we cannot pay residents of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus). The first 3 months are probationary, goals will be set immediately.
