Kitegroup is looking for a strong specialist who will take over the accounting and tax department of the company, help systematize processes, and ensure the stable operation of financial operations. We don't have a classic accounting department with a single legal entity: we have multiple legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, self-employed individuals, foreign accounts, and cryptocurrency transactions. Therefore, we need a person who knows how to work with a complex structure, independently control processes, and warn about risks in advance.
Responsibilities:
— Maintain accounting records and submit reports for legal entities. — Support individual entrepreneurs and self-employed individuals: monitor taxes, submit reports, and consult on emerging issues. — Work with foreign accounts, cryptocurrency, and non-standard financial transactions. — Track tax limits, identify potential risks, and warn about them in a timely manner. — Interact with banks on current issues.
What is important to us:
— Experience as a chief or lead accountant in an IT company. — Practical experience in managing multiple legal entities simultaneously. — Understanding of the specifics of working with individual entrepreneurs and self-employed individuals. — Experience with foreign accounts and cryptocurrency transactions. — Confident proficiency in Google Sheets: ability to work with complex formulas, pivot tables, and large volumes of data. — Systemic approach, independence, attention to detail, and the ability to see tax risks before they become a problem.
