Vacancy: Vibe Product Manager Format: remote, flexible schedule, high autonomy Company: Unimatch Lab - AI-driven venture studio from Silicon Valley: AI core and product portfolio, R&D, OKR culture, speed and ownership. Salary range: from $5,000; options / equity in products you lead - negotiable.

What you will do with the product: ● Roadmap and delivery: prioritization, backlog with DoR/DoD, requirements and documentation; agreed scope from concept to production-ready within a sprint, hands-on. ● UI/UX and vibe-coding: scenarios and interface from wireframe to production-ready, iterations based on client and team feedback. ● Client: weekly syncs, bi-weekly demos, summaries after meetings, quarterly roadmap sessions. ● Together with Founding Engineer: you are front-end and UI, they are back-end and API; sprint planning, acceptance of front-end and back-end integration. ● Routine tasks (summaries, backlog analytics, demo materials, desk research) are handled by agents under your control.

Requirements: ● 3+ years as Product Owner, hands-on from idea to production. ● Vibe-coding in practice: Cursor, Bolt, v0, Replit, Windsurf. ● Mobile design awareness: iOS/Android patterns, pixel-perfect approach, strong visual sense without a dedicated designer. ● Full-stack understanding and end-to-end prototype. ● Cases of 1-2 weeks to a working product; portfolio via vibe-coding. ● PM: prioritization, backlog, roadmap, demos, sprints, client feedback. ● Agents in product: reporting, backlog analytics, demo materials, research. ● English B2+.
