Middle Software Developer Wanted
We are a product team in crypto-trading, developing algorithmic trading strategies on DEX. We have several active areas – from microsecond strategies to long horizons.
We are expanding our engineering team and are looking for a middle-level developer who delivers tasks to a working result within tight deadlines, without unnecessary architecture and without unnecessary complexity in the code.
▪️What you will be doing: ▫️Implement strategies and prototypes according to the lead's plan from conception to a working result, in days, not weeks; ▫️Take prototypes from analysts and quants (often in Python) and turn them into production systems, preserving logic and increasing reliability; ▫️Build integrations with external sources: exchange REST/WebSocket API, on-chain data, third-party services; ▫️Support, develop, and optimize existing systems.
▪️Technical Stack: ▫️Rust is a must: commercial or strong pet-project experience; ▫️Python or JavaScript/TypeScript as a second language; ▫>Experience with integrations with external APIs (REST, WebSocket); ▫>AI tools in daily work, with an understanding of how to verify what they produce, rather than blindly copying.
▪️Who we are looking for: ▫>Commercial development experience of 1–3 years at a middle level; ▫>You work from tasks and plans: you do what was agreed upon, on time, without unnecessary complications; ▫>You can figure out unfamiliar technology from source code if there is no documentation; ▫>Accuracy to the result: you can compare two versions of code, understand why the result differs, and check that you haven't broken anything. ▫>Will be a plus: experience transferring code between languages while preserving logic (e.g., Python prototype → Rust); experience with web3 / blockchain; non-product experience – bypassing locks and anti-bots, scraping complex websites, reverse engineering, automation.
