🚀 We are looking for a DevOps Engineer (Kubernetes / Highload)

💰 $3,000–4,000 🌍 Remote | Full-time (ready to consider part-time)

We are an international product team developing AI products, Telegram Mini Apps, and high-load web platforms. We operate in highly competitive digital verticals where the requirements for infrastructure stability, security, and delivery speed are significantly above average.

We are currently looking for a DevOps engineer who has already dealt with high-risk/high-load products (gaming, betting, crypto, dating, subscription-based platforms, and other complex verticals) and understands the specifics of such projects.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain production infrastructure. • Design fault-tolerant architecture. • Automate delivery processes (CI/CD). • Configure monitoring, logging, and alerts. • Work with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud infrastructure. • Optimize infrastructure for high load. • Support AI services, Telegram Mini Apps, and real-time applications.

• Linux • Docker • Kubernetes • GitHub Actions / GitLab CI • Nginx / Traefik • PostgreSQL • Redis • ClickHouse • Prometheus • Grafana • Sentry • RabbitMQ / Kafka • AWS / GCP / Hetzner / DigitalOcean / Selectel

Will be a big plus:

• GPU infrastructure (CUDA, NVIDIA) • WebSocket / real-time services • Telegram Mini Apps • experience with products where high availability, scalability, and rapid infrastructure deployment are crucial.

What we expect

✔ Commercial DevOps experience of 3+ years. ✔ Experience supporting production. ✔ Kubernetes or Docker Swarm. ✔ Understanding of High Availability, load balancing, replication, backup. ✔ Experience in identifying and resolving bottlenecks in high-load systems. ✔ Willingness to work in a dynamic product environment without excessive bureaucracy.
