I’m growing the Regional Banking Strategy team at Monee and looking for strong problem-solvers who are passionate about fintech and digital banking.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to go beyond advising businesses and help build and shape digital banking business within one of SEA’s fastest-growing ecosystems — working across three markets, multiple products and some of the most important strategic questions facing our banks.

I’m looking for people with roughly 2–6 years of strategy experience, either in consulting (MBB, Tier 2/3, Big 4, etc.) or in an in-house strategy role, with experience in financial services.

Most importantly, I’m looking for curious, ambitious people who are eager to take on more responsibility, comfortable operating in ambiguity and keen to challenge the status quo.
