Due to the increase in the number of projects, we are looking for an experienced Business/System Analyst for the "Galaktika Educational Schedule" product team, who is ready to develop a complex and in-demand product.
What you will be doing:
- Analysis and Design:
- Deep dive into the subject area and product architecture;
- Formalize and agree on requirements, develop functional requirements and technical specifications;
- Participate in product development.
- Development, Implementation, and Support:
- Interact with the development team: assign tasks, find solutions for complex cases together, conduct testing;
- Write clear instructions and regulations for the team and users on new functionality.
- Client Interaction:
- Identify and analyze client needs (from end-users to heads of departments and IT departments);
- Handle user requests on complex technical issues, identify causes, and localize failures;
- Participate in pre-sales: conduct product demonstrations, present key features and benefits.
We are looking for a specialist who has:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business or System Analyst;
- Extensive experience with documentation: Technical specifications, functional requirements, regulations, instructions;
- Strong skills in working with DBMS (MS SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL), ability to write complex SQL queries;
- Understanding of the logic of interaction/integration protocols (SOAP, REST, API, JSON);
- Skills in testing APIs via Postman, Swagger, or similar tools;
- Skills in administering Windows/Linux systems, understanding network protocols (SSH, HTTP/s);
- Ability to clearly communicate ideas to users and the development team;
- Analytical thinking, developed logic, and attention to detail;
- Willingness to delve into client issues until a result is achieved and work with requests of varying complexity;
- Ability to independently plan work time;
- Skill and desire to learn quickly, find answers and information independently from open sources.
