☑️ Responsibilities
- All functionality corresponds to the specialist's qualification level (tasks of appropriate scale, complexity, and difficulty)
- Configuration of standard and non-standard 1C configurations
- Updating standard and non-standard configurations
- Development and modification of 1C configurations according to client requirements
- Gathering and formalizing client requirements
- Preparation of formal documents such as Functional Requirements, Technical Specifications, Test Scenarios, User Manuals, etc.
- Task decomposition into smaller tasks, estimation of task implementation complexity, creation of a plan for execution, testing, and task delivery
☑️ Our requirements for candidates
- 5+ years in a similar position, specifically working with 1C products
- Knowledge of the 1C platform and standard configurations
- Work experience and understanding of one or more types of accounting: accounting and tax, financial, operational, management, etc.
Will be a plus:
- Experience with documentation such as Functional Requirements, Technical Specifications, Test Scenarios, User Manuals, etc.
- Experience in implementing 1C, from needs assessment to development and delivery to the client
