Job Description: Responsibilities:

• collection, analysis, and documentation of business requirements;
• preparation of technical specifications (TS), functional requirements, and other project documentation;
• analysis, modeling, and optimization of business processes;
• support and technical maintenance of information systems;
• interaction with customers, developers, and other project stakeholders;
• skills in processing incoming and outgoing official correspondence;
• support and technical maintenance of information systems;
• participation in the preparation of presentations, demonstration of functionality, and approval of solutions with customers.

Requirements:

• higher education in IT;

• experience as a business or system analyst, preferably not less than 2 years;

• understanding of information system architecture and the software development lifecycle;

• ability to analyze complex business processes and propose effective solutions;

• experience in preparing technical and project documentation;

• excellent oral and written communication skills;

• presentation preparation and meeting facilitation skills;

• experience with Confluence, Jira, YouGile, or similar task management and knowledge base systems;

• confident command of modern Vibe Coding tools and experience in their use for analyzing business requirements, preparing technical specifications, designing solutions, and interacting with the development team;

• analytical thinking, responsibility, attention to detail, and a desire for professional development.

• work schedule: Monday – Friday, from 08:30 to 18:00;
