Efros Defence Operations is a software complex that combines the functionality of several of our products.
Network Assurance module - collection and maintenance of a secure database of network equipment configurations, analysis of compliance with standards and best practices. Visualization on the network map of possible routes for a given type of traffic. Identification of known vulnerabilities in accordance with FSTEC BDS, CVE, OVAL, etc.
Firewall Assurance module - control of network access policies at the firewall rules level. Optimization of rule lists (ACL), identification of anomalies and dangerous constructs.
Responsibilities:
- Interaction with network engineers regarding the preparation and approval of research;
- Development of requirements for the software being created, analysis of technical specifications and feedback from customers;
- Participation in the process of forming UX/UI for the developed functionalities;
- Creation and maintenance of User Stories based on requirements from creation to implementation;
- Support of the development and testing team during the implementation of User Stories and at the stage of their closure;
- Participation in the development of product documentation.
Requirements:
- Higher education in information technology;
- Knowledge of network technologies at various levels of the OSI model;
- Experience with network equipment (switches, routers, firewalls) via CLI, web, API, and other management interfaces; preferably vendors Cisco, CheckPoint, Eltex, UserGate, Continent, VipNet, S-terra, VMware NSX, Positive NGFW;
- Understanding of traffic filtering principles and ACL configuration;
- Understanding of the principles of operation and experience in configuring NAT, VPN, PBR, BGP, OSPF, VRF, MPLS, VXLAN, EVPN technologies;
- Ability to describe new functionalities of the software product to developers for their implementation;
- Ability to formulate software requirements, knowledge of their classification;
- Desire to develop as a specialist in the subject area;
- Active participation in product development.
Will be a plus:
- Understanding the basics of HTTP requests;
- Knowledge of data exchange formats (JSON, XML);
- Database work skills, knowledge of basic SQL, noSQL queries;
- Visual modeling skills in BPMN and UML notations;
- Understanding of microservice architecture principles;
- Skills in working with Linux OS, Docker, and K8S.
