Job description: We provide technical support for software and DBMS from Oracle, IBM, HCL, SAS Main tasks: Support the architect in designing, deploying, and maintaining a virtualization platform based on OpenShift Virtualization (KubeVirt/CNV) Participate in migrating workloads from traditional hypervisors, prepare PoC environments, maintain technical documentation, and operate clusters. Confident Linux administration (RHEL / AlmaLinux / Rocky / OEL): systemd, networking, LVM, file systems, performance diagnostics and tuning Understanding of virtualization principles at the KVM / QEMU / libvirt level (disk types, device passthrough, NUMA, hugepages, CPU pinning) OpenShift Virtualization (CNV): VM lifecycle (VirtualMachine / VMI), DataVolumes, templates, snapshot/clone, live migration. Will be an advantage Experience migrating from VMware vSphere or oVirt/RHV (Migration Toolkit for Virtualization, MTV).
