What to do: — Develop and update the guideline and logobook for private label brands TRUCKMASTER / TM. — Select packaging materials: types of cardboard, coatings and varnishes, strength requirements. — Analyze competitor designs and prepare 2-3 design options for each new product group. — Interact with the private label development department and adapt technical specifications for supplier mock-ups and die-cuts. — Create technical order forms together with printing houses and suppliers: control margins, dies, and glue application areas. — Coordinate design internally and with suppliers, check pre-production samples, and ensure compliance of color and materials. — Develop pallet boxes considering logistical loads. — Create sticker and label templates for product groups, considering print and material requirements. — Generate unique sticker mock-ups for each SKU based on barcodes, SKUs, and product composition. — Develop corporate presentations, brochures, business cards, dealer certificates, instructions, warranty cards, and memos. — Create advertising products, POS materials, merchandise, branded tape, and design exhibition areas and stands. — Process product photos, create listings for Wildberries, Ozon, and Yandex Market, collages, and infographics. — Develop advertising banners, website graphics, marketplace storefront designs, landing pages, email newsletters, and social media content. — Prepare product catalogs for printing and create mock-ups for promotional pages, news, and website banners. — Mass-produce images for marketplaces and stickers with barcodes using scripts, for example, in Python.
Requirements: — Portfolio with examples of completed projects, including packaging and print design work. — Deep knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, with proficient use of curves and color correction. — Understanding of prepress preparation: color separation, trapping, imposition, and working with die-cuts. — Knowledge of cardboard types, films, varnishes, and printing houses' requirements for layouts. — Proficient PC user, ability to work with large volumes of files, corporate cloud storage, and SKU databases. — Skills in using Excel or Google Sheets for filling out technical specifications. — Ability to automate mass image and sticker creation using scripts.
