⚡️ Requirements: — Experience as an art manager for at least 3 years — Knowledge of the full cycle of art creation for games (2D, animation, UX/UI) — Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) — Facilitation skills (scope planning, retrospectives) — Ability to conduct 1-on-1 meetings and provide constructive feedback — Experience interacting with various stakeholders

🔻 You: — Have overseen the full cycle of art creation for games — Effectively allocated resources between projects and teams — Organized content storage, access, and license systems (GDrive, Figma, Jira, repositories) — Coordinated the work of the art team with game design, development, analytics, QA — Optimized processes, analyzed efficiency, identified bottlenecks — Participated in hiring and onboarding, helped leads manage performance — Conducted team motivation health checks and resolved administrative issues

🎯 What you will do: — Oversee art production (2D, animation, UX/UI) — Organize storage and access systems — Coordinate interaction between the art department and other teams — Optimize processes and manage risks — Participate in transformation initiatives — Support art directors and leads in team management

➕ Will be an advantage: — Artistic background (experience as an artist or in a related role) — Experience in iGaming and understanding the specifics of slots/casino games
