Hello! My name is Nikolay Valiotti. In 2019, I founded Valiotti Data – a data consulting company that develops analytical solutions for companies in Europe and the USA using AI solutions. Currently, the team has ~20 people: analysts, data engineers, and a back-office team.
We are looking for a part-time IT recruiter to help us find strong data specialists and screen out weak ones at the earliest stages.
Responsibilities:
- Fill Middle/Senior Data Analyst, Data Engineer positions (90%) and back-office positions (10%);
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, conducting interviews, assessing culture fit, soft/hard skills, and relevant experience;
- Contribute to the formation of a more transparent and effective team hiring process;
- Develop and implement candidate search strategies (research, competitor analysis, direct outreach);
- Negotiate terms and support candidates at all stages of recruitment;
- Prepare reports on recruitment metrics, providing analytical data and recommendations;
- Operational HR support: contracts in Deel, onboarding and adaptation of new employees, performance review monitoring, participation in HR projects.
Will be a plus:
- Recruitment experience in agencies, consulting, or outstaffing (understanding the specifics: different projects, different stacks, candidate adaptability is important).
What is important to us:
- IT recruiter experience of 3+ years with experience in recruiting specialists in the data field (BI, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, etc.);
- International recruitment experience;
- Using AI tools in your work is not a preference, but an important requirement;
- Understanding of the technical stack at a level sufficient for screening;
- Excellent soft skills;
- English - C1;
- CET time zone ± 3 hours.
