Our team is involved in developing a system for managing problematic corporate assets and making decisions on choosing settlement strategies. Our product is a set of unique services designed to streamline the entire collection workflow: from receiving information about a client's issues to successfully settling their debt.
We write unit tests, monitor quality through Sonar, deploy via a DevOps pipeline, use REST and reactive programming for the UI, write automated tests with Selenium in Python and Java, monitor with Zabbix, and implement the product using microservices.
We do not distinguish between manual or automated testing. We are looking for a QA engineer who will be responsible for the team's testing, must understand, know, and use automation tools in Python or Java.
Responsibilities
- testing the functionality of the debt collection system
- automation and manual testing
- regression testing, testing new functionality, supporting the solution in production in case of errors
- testing integration with related modules and automated systems.
Requirements
- programming skills in Java, Python
- experience with Rest-Assured, jUnit (or testNG), Selenium, ability to manually replicate a functional test using soapUI, cURL, REST
- understanding of XML and JSON and how to validate messages in these formats
- basic DevOps skills, GIT, SQL, PyCharm, Idea
- practical experience with Jenkins (running and configuring jobs)
- basic knowledge of Linux commands (cd, pwd, ls, sed), working with logs
- good knowledge and practical experience with Jira
- understanding of software development methodologies (Scrum).
