Main tasks:
- Development and support of a high-load Laravel monolith
- Optimization of PostgreSQL queries: indexes, partitioning, EXPLAIN ANALYZE
- Participation in the gradual transition to a microservice architecture (Go)
- Conducting code reviews and mentoring junior/middle developers
- Designing modular architecture (DTO, Handler, Repository patterns)
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of PHP 8+, Laravel 10+, Linux, Docker, Nginx
- Experience with queues (Kafka, Redis), supervisor and cron
- Experience with PostgreSQL, query optimization, partitioned tables
- Ability to work with git, GitLab CI/CD
- Writing tests, understanding how to work with Postman and Xdebug
- Ability to find problems through logging and metrics analysis (Sentry, Prometheus, Loki)
- Ability to estimate timelines and adhere to them
Will be a plus:
- Knowledge of Go or a desire to learn it
- Experience with Typesense / Elasticsearch
- Understanding of microservice architecture and gRPC
- Experience with S3, SSE / WebSocket
- Experience with Jira, Confluence
