🔝Senior DevOps Observability (SRE) Engineer

About the team: An IT company in the iGaming sector. The company's products are in production and are actively developing. DevOps / SRE team: 3 DevOps engineers, 2 SREs, Tech Lead, and PM.

🔎 Selection process:

• Introductory meeting with HR (30 minutes),
• One technical interview (Tech Lead, Team Lead, PM), up to 2 hours, without a test task or live coding.

Responsibilities:

✔️Design and implement solutions for high availability and system fault tolerance, ✔️Develop observability and monitoring systems, ✔️Configure monitoring, dashboards, and alerting, ✔️Work with the observability stack (OpenTelemetry, Grafana stack, ELK), ✔️Manage incident processes and respond via PagerDuty, ✔️Conduct Post-Mortem and RCA analysis of incidents, ✔️Prevent recurring incidents, ✔️Collaborate with development teams on system reliability issues.

Requirements:

▪️SRE / DevOps experience of 3+ years, ▪️Experience with observability tools (OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Loki, Tempo, Mimir, VictoriaMetrics, ELK, Vector, Sentry), ▪️Kubernetes, Docker, ▪️Terraform, Ansible, ▪️GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, ▪️Experience supporting backend teams (.Net).

Conditions:
