We invite you to join our team as a video production/video editor

We need a person who will take on all video content for games: from gameplay clips to advertising creatives and trailers.

What needs to be done:

• record and assemble gameplay videos;
• edit short commercials for TikTok / Shorts / Reels / VK Clips;
• create trailers, teasers, videos for game pages and stores;
• come up with hooks, the first 2-3 seconds, dynamics, and presentation;
• work with text, subtitles, sounds, memes, tempo;
• adapt videos for different platforms and formats;
• test different versions of creatives and improve them based on results.

Who we are looking for: A person who understands that a game trailer is not just "cutting gameplay to music," but a small advertising machine. You need to be able to quickly grab attention, show the essence of the game, and make the viewer want to click.

What is important to us:

• confident and fast editing;
• sense of rhythm and humor;
• understanding of short vertical videos;
• extensive viewing of game trailers, mobile ads, TikTok / Shorts;
• ability to work quickly and not agonize over each frame for three days;
• willingness to offer ideas, not just "wait for a brief".
• experience with game projects;
• ability to write short scripts for videos;
• basic motion design;
• working with Unity / gameplay recording / OBS;
• understanding of performance creatives and A/B tests.
