💎 Vacancy: Finance Operations Specialist 🧩 GEO: Limassol, Cyprus

We are looking for a Finance Automation / Finance Operations Specialist to join our team in Cyprus, Limassol.

This is a role for a specialist who can work at the intersection of finance, accounting, payment systems, and process automation.

💎 What you will be doing:

Configuring and maintaining integrations between payment systems, banking services, and accounting systems: Stripe, PayPal, Shopify Payments, QuickBooks, Xero, and others.

Building an accounting system from scratch, automating transaction loading, systematizing data from various sources, and consolidating it into a unified system.

Setting up accounting rules, performing reconciliations, controlling the correct reflection of operations, P&L, Cash Flow, and also participating in Treasury processes: payments, working with banks and auditors.

Tax accounting will also be part of your responsibilities: calculating VAT, CIT, preparing data for reporting, and controlling tax liabilities in different jurisdictions.

⚡️ What is important:

Experience in FinTech, accounting, financial analytics, or finance operations from 2–3 years.

Understanding of management and accounting: P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow.

Experience working with QuickBooks, Xero, or other accounting systems, as well as payment systems: Stripe, PayPal, etc.

Understanding of APIs and integrations, confident work with Excel / Google Sheets. SQL and BI tools will be a plus.

Experience in e-commerce or digital business will also be an advantage.

Communication within the team is in Russian.

🪃 Conditions:

Location: Limassol, Cyprus Format: office, after 6 months a 50/50 hybrid format is possible Schedule: 5/2, from 10:00 to 18:00 Official employment Lunches or meal compensation — 210€/month.
