Main tasks:
- Manage IT products in the finance domain in collaboration with the business function (Finance Department);
- Formulate product development strategy/roadmaps together with the IT and business team;
- Formulate and defend the IT product budget;
- Interact with other product teams;
- Work with the product team and internal developers;
- Develop products based on analytical indicators and metrics;
- Participate in presentations and project defenses for top management.
Our requirements for knowledge and experience:
- Experience as a product manager or key user in the areas of finance, accounting, controlling;
- Experience in creating/developing IT products;
- Experience in product development: generating, analyzing, prioritizing, and implementing ideas;
- Knowledge of product analytics and experience in calculating product economics;
- Ability to analyze data, predict results, and make decisions based on analytics;
- Ability to communicate with developers and business in the same language;
- Experience in collecting and elaborating business requirements, experience in preparing and defending business cases.
