We are now looking for an experienced Senior Information Security Engineer.

The vacancy is for our office in Belgrade, Serbia, in a mini-hybrid format (4 days in office, 1 day remote).

Responsibilities:

1. Access Management (IAM/SSO): Manual setup, integration, and administration of corporate accounts (Okta / Google Workspace / Entra ID). Management of end-to-end SSO and MFA for all company systems. Ensuring a strict and fast process for revoking access when employees offboard. For some tasks, a system administrator can be involved to assist.
2. Endpoint Security: Greenfield deployment and administration of an MDM system for the corporate device fleet. Configuration and control of basic security policies (mandatory disk encryption, password policies, OS update control). For some tasks, a system administrator can be involved to assist.
3. Network Perimeter Security: Practical implementation and support of secure remote access tools (Tailscale, Cloudflare Access, or similar). Isolation of internal resources and databases, elimination of publicly accessible ports.
4. Monitoring and Logging: Setup of centralized collection of critical security logs from cloud platforms and key IT services. Configuration of basic alerts for critical events (brute-force attempts, MFA resets, suspicious administrator actions).
5. Development and Support of Internal Documentation: Writing practical regulations, instructions, and runbooks based on your implemented technical configurations (incident response instructions, access management rules, security guidelines for employees).
6. Incident Response: Acting as the first line of defense - prompt technical handling of incidents (blocking compromised accounts, remote data wiping from lost devices).

What's important to us:

1. Work experience as a SecOps Engineer, Security Engineer for 3-5 years.
2. Practical experience in independently setting up and administering IDP platforms (Okta, Google Workspace, Entra ID) and integrating applications via SAML 2.0 / OIDC.
3. Experience deploying and managing MDM systems and creating compliance baselines for macOS and Windows.
4. Understanding of network security and practical experience with Zero Trust solutions. Basic task automation skills (Bash, Python, Powershell) and the ability to read infrastructure code (Terraform) for conducting basic audits of cloud changes.
5. English language proficiency sufficient for freely reading technical documentation and interacting with international vendor support.

Will be a plus:

1. Experience building a basic technical security framework in a company "from scratch" as the sole dedicated specialist.
2. Basic understanding of Kubernetes security (RBAC principles, network policies).
