We are looking for a Head of Product Research for an international iGaming company, who can build a strong research function, turn research into a key decision-making tool, and help the business find new growth points.

Responsibilities: — Formulate the strategy for the development of the research direction and build the research function. — Develop methodology, standards, processes, and tools for Research Ops. — Manage the team, develop expertise, and scale the direction. — Transform research results into product hypotheses, MVPs, and new business solutions. — Implement research effectiveness metrics and present results to C-level. — Develop a culture of research-based decision-making throughout the company.

We are looking for a candidate who: ✔️ Has 5+ years of experience in building and developing a research function in digital or tech companies. ✔️ Has experience in market research, competitive analysis, and identifying growth opportunities. ✔️ Is able to manage a team and build an effective organizational structure. ✔️ Has worked at the intersection of product, marketing, analytics, and strategy. ✔️ Has an English language proficiency of B2 or higher. Will be a plus: • Experience working in the iGaming industry.
