Title: Apprenticeship Data & Compliance Administrator Location: Fareham / Hybrid

As an Apprenticeship Compliance Specialist, you'll help ensure apprenticeship programmes are delivered compliantly by maintaining accurate learner records, supporting audits and onboarding activities, and working with a range of stakeholders to meet funding and regulatory requirements.

Job title: Apprenticeship Data & Compliance Administrator

Job Description: 🕒 Full-time role – 37.5 hours a week 📍 HMS Collingwood with travel on a weekly basis to HMS Sultan, with a day per week working from home

What you’ll be doing:

• Maintaining accurate learner records and apprenticeship documentation.
• Completing compliance checks to ensure funding and apprenticeship requirements are met
• Processing learner enrolments, changes, withdrawals and returns to learning
• Carrying out data quality checks and supporting accurate apprenticeship funding submissions
• Supporting internal and external audits by maintaining clear and accurate records
• Working closely with colleagues and stakeholders to resolve queries

Essential qualifications/skills/experience

• Experience working with volumes of data
• Comfortable using MS Excel, entering data
• Attention to detail and strong accuracy levels
• Ability to work at pace with tight timescales
• Must be able to obtain Security Clearance (SC)

Desirable qualifications/skills/experience

• Experience or knowledge using Bud or a similar learner management system.
• Experience or knowledge using Power BI
