Responsibilities
- Management of the entire logistics process and supply chain: from planning product procurement needs to delivery to customers, with 8 people reporting to this role. Production is in China, sales office and warehouse are in Moscow.
- Planning supplies from China, considering sales forecasts, production and logistics lead times.
- Management of inventory levels, turnover, and product availability.
- International logistics, foreign economic activity (FEA), customs clearance, management of 3PL warehouses and delivery to customers.
- Control of "Chestny Znak" (Honest Mark) labeling processes, warehouse operations, and work with marketplaces.
- Management of the team, budget, and efficiency of logistics processes.
Requirements
- Experience in a foreign company is highly desirable
- Experience in managing logistics and supply chains in B2B, not in transport companies.
- Practical experience in sourcing from China and interacting with production sites.
- Ability to build supply planning in close conjunction with sales.
- Strong analytical competencies: ability to work with data, conduct plan-fact analysis, identify causes of deviations, calculate scenarios, and justify management decisions.
- Understanding of "Chestny Znak" processes and ability to troubleshoot errors together with specialized personnel.
- Confident proficiency in 1C ERP or a similar system, understanding of WMS.
- English language - confident working level.

- Salary from 350,000 ₽ gross + annual bonus.
