About the company:

- Building an ecosystem of several applications (mobile + web) from scratch for launch in the US market
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the UX and UI for the entire product — from user scenarios to final mockups
- Design an ecosystem of mobile and web applications from scratch until launch
- Build a unified design system for multiple applications and admin panels
- Create clickable prototypes for discussions and prepare handoff mockups for development
Candidate profile:
- Experience designing mobile and web products from scratch to launch
- Systems thinking: consider user flows and product architecture, not just screens
- Strong visual skills and attention to detail in interface design
- Experience creating design systems for multiple applications and admin panels
- Direct and honest feedback on the product — valued more than agreeing with everything
- Willingness to sign an NDA
Format and conditions:
- Hourly rate or fixed price per stage — your choice
- Remote work, primarily asynchronous, calls as needed
- 0→1 product with significant ownership and decision-making power
