Team Lead for the advertising team

Team Lead for the advertising team (AdRev) at Uzum Market Advertising revenue is the marketplace's net income, and its impact on the business is maximal.

What you will do: • manage a cross-functional team (back, front, QA); participate in coding, reviews, ensure SLAs; • be responsible for the architecture of the auction and advertising tools; • develop data pipelines: collecting and processing hundreds of millions of events; • work with billing and analytics for sellers. Stack: Java/Kotlin, Spring, Kafka, Flink, ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, Airflow, Spark, Kubernetes.

Who we are looking for: • 5+ years of Java development and 2+ years as a Tech/Team Lead; • experience with ClickHouse, microservices, high-load; Experience in ad-tech or e-com projects will be a plus.
