A developer of Lead/Tech Lead level is required, ready to take technical leadership and lead a team in a high-load project – hundreds of thousands of transactions per day.

Responsibilities: — Technical leadership in the development and support of PHP software (Laravel) — Team management: task assignment, code review, mentorship, technical standards — Responsibility for architecture, code quality, and development processes — Optimization and working with technical debt — Collaboration with the team to define requirements and priorities Requirements: — Experience in PHP/Laravel — Experience in technical leadership or team management — Experience in building and supporting high-load systems — Experience working with databases, including optimization for loads — Experience developing APIs for mobile applications, understanding of microservice architecture
