Sales Manager (B2B)

We are looking for a B2B sales specialist in crypto/fintech. We will consider candidates without experience if they successfully complete a test task and demonstrate the right approach to work.
Responsibilities: • Work with incoming and outgoing leads, lead generation • Search and attraction of B2B clients (CIS + international) • Negotiations with top managers of crypto and fintech companies
Requirements:
• Fluent business Russian language
• Understanding of B2B sales or readiness to quickly learn them
• Focus on results and numbers
• Readiness to complete a test task
• Ability to work according to GMT+3 schedule (we will consider candidates not from the Russian Federation)
We offer:
• Fully remote format, 5/2 schedule
• Fixed salary $400 + transparent KPI (income growth)
