✨ Vacancy: Junior SEO Specialist — iGaming
We are looking for a Junior SEO Specialist for an international iGaming / Gambling project. The role involves working alongside experienced SEO specialists to grow organic traffic: from keyword research and technical optimization to content, analytics, and daily SEO tasks.
What you'll do: • Conduct basic technical SEO checks: meta tags, H1–H6, robots.txt, sitemap.xml, canonical, internal linking, etc. • Work with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and other SEO tools. • Make basic SEO changes on WordPress and HTML websites. • Collect, analyze, and cluster keywords. • Assist in preparing SEO briefs and technical specifications for the content team. • Analyze competitors and identify new SEO opportunities. • Optimize existing content for SEO. • Monitor positions, organic traffic, indexing, and other SEO metrics. • Identify obvious SEO issues and escalate them to senior SEO specialists. • Prepare regular SEO reports and work with data from SEO tools. • Assist with content localization and translations. • Utilize AI tools for research, analysis, and routine SEO tasks.
What's important: ✔ Basic understanding of SEO and search optimization principles. ✔ Understanding of crawling, indexing, canonical, robots.txt, sitemap.xml, meta tags, headings, and internal linking. ✔ Basic knowledge of HTML and WordPress. ✔ Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics or a strong willingness to learn them quickly. ✔ Good research and analytical skills. ✔ Attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of information. ✔ Confident work with spreadsheets and structured data. ✔ Proactiveness and desire to develop in SEO. ✔ Basic experience with AI tools.
Bonus points: • 6+ months of practical SEO experience. • Experience with Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, or Serpstat. • Experience with WordPress websites. • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS. • Experience in keyword research, SEO content, or link building. • Real SEO projects or personal pet projects. • English language proficiency sufficient for working with SEO documentation and analyzing international competitors. • Experience in iGaming or other highly competitive niches.
