We are creating and developing automation services (Process as Code) for the RKIB tribe. Our goal is to build a system that will allow product teams and SRE engineers to autonomously manage the full development and deployment lifecycle of their applications, accelerating the delivery of value to the end user.
Tasks:
- Developing a self-service system: creating and developing automation services (Process as Code) to build a system that allows teams to autonomously manage the full application lifecycle
- Expert support: consulting product teams and SRE engineers, assisting developers in effectively using our services, conducting training, and disseminating expertise
- Ensuring Observability: configuring and supporting monitoring systems (based on Prometheus, Grafana), logging, and alerting for SLA/SLO control of our services
- Process optimization: analyzing and optimizing existing CI/CD pipelines to accelerate code builds and delivery.
We expect from the candidate:
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE
- Deep knowledge and confident work with OpenShift, Kubernetes, Istio service mesh, PostgreSQL, Nginx, load balancers, ELK
- Practical experience in setting up complex pipelines (Jenkins/ArgoCD) from scratch and optimizing them to speed up artifact delivery
- Proficiency in Python or Go for writing scripts and plugins; experience with Ansible for configuration management
- Understanding of security in SDLC and experience integrating static (SAST) and dynamic (DAST) code analysis tools into the delivery pipeline
- Confident work with Linux (RHEL/CentOS), writing Bash scripts
- Practical experience with metrics (Lead Time for Changes, Deployment Frequency, Change Failure Rate, Mean Time to Restore).
Will be a plus:
- Skills in working with generative AI models; experience in creating AI agents and using them in work will be an advantage
- Experience using GigaChat, Kandinsky, and similar tools in products, skills in creating and using AI agents
- Instrumental command of AI for analysis, generation, and automation.
